1. Write down what you eat for one week, and you will lose weight
Planning on finishing up the second month and then on the 3rd month working in more home cooked meals and tracking to stay at the same calorie level. Once a week I do lower body training, but I can't recall the names of those machines. I am having a hard time getting more than calories a day while eating 6 times a day. Those have unsaturated fats -- polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats, specifically. It takes practice but you have to learn to start trusting yourself around food again. Aim to lose pounds per week, and avoid fad diets or products that make promises that sound too good to be true.
Otherwise, Pure GCE gets my vote. Good product except the product isn't the best. I've tried a few different brands and this isn't the worst but it's not the best. Personally I would recommend another brand.
