Oh my goodness…mind blown! I have got to try these! I love that you can microwave these! That makes it faster and requires less dishes! And less dishes is always a good thing. Just tried these pancakes but my batter was less thicker, so they were thinner and wider like real pancakes I guess haha: P Anyways they taste utterly delicious with some honey and peanut butter on the top!

I ground peanuts to create peanut flour, and subbed in a chocolate-peanut butter flavor protein powder for some of the vanilla protein powder. Perfect for busy school mornings! I do have one question though, how many carbs are there in a serving? I am trying really hard to cut down on those a bit.
